About Us
At ICS, we are a husband and wife team, Charlotte and Sam, born and raised in Manchester and deeply rooted in the local property market. After building our own portfolio of HMOs and single buy to let properties, we launched ICS to help others benefit from the same stability, security and long term growth that property investing has given us.
Charlotte comes from a professional estate agency background, working as a sales negotiator before moving full time into property investment and development. Sam brings hands on experience managing refurbishments, sourcing opportunities, overseeing contractors and running day to day operations. Together, we offer a blend of industry knowledge, practical experience and genuine local insight that many investors find hard to come by.
We are intentionally a small, founder run business. When you work with us, you are dealing directly with the people who own the company. No call centres, no junior teams, no layers of management. You get personal communication, honest advice and complete transparency from start to finish.
While HMOs remain one of our core strengths, we also invest in and manage single buy to let properties, small developments and value add projects. Our aim is not to push one strategy. It is to help investors find the right strategy for their goals, risk level and timeline.
